ARA Education was founded by two educators, instructional coaches, and micro-school leaders who believe education can be more purposeful, innovative, and student-centered. Our journey began with the creation of I   Academics, where we transformed our vision for meaningful learning into a thriving educational community built on creativity, connection, and personalized learning.

Through building and leading our own micro-school, we experienced firsthand both the challenges and the fulfillment that come with creating something different. We saw the impact empowered leadership can have on students, families, and entire communities. That is when we realized our mission extended beyond our school.

At ARA Education, we partner with aspiring and established educational leaders to help them launch and grow purposeful micro-schools, tutoring programs, and learning communities. Drawing from our backgrounds in instructional coaching and educational leadership, we provide practical guidance, strategic support, and mentorship rooted in real experience.
